I just returned from Mega Camp, Keller Williams’ fall conference, and it was an incredible deep dive into the future of real estate and business. One of the biggest themes was the rise of AI—and let me tell you, it’s no joke. The tools, strategies, and innovations being rolled out are changing the game, and it’s clear that those who embrace it will be positioned to lead in the years ahead.

But what stood out most to me is this: AI doesn’t replace who we are—it enhances it. The heart of this business will always be building genuine relationships and showing up authentically. AI is simply a powerful tool to help us amplify that same message, reach more people, and work smarter. It’s not about choosing one or the other, but about blending both to create the strongest impact.

Walking away from Mega Camp, I’m more inspired than ever to lean into both sides—continuing to grow real, human connections while also sharpening the way I use technology to serve. The future isn’t about picking between authenticity or innovation; it’s about making sure the two work together seamlessly. That’s how we create lasting success and a business built to thrive.
