Had a conversation today about success and results, and honestly nothing I say in here is going to be something you have not heard before. However, sometimes all we need is the reminder of what success looks like and when results show up. An agent and friend of mine shared his business is down this year, and various moments it
was rough to keep doing what he was doing, but he knows he is doing the actions it takes to get the results he desires and it just takes TIME. HE GETS IT! It takes consistency over time to get the results you desire, and this my friends can be BORING. Next time you are chasing the shiny object waiting for the easy button…. ask yourself “Am I bored because I am doing the activities needed to achieve the results I desire?” If the answer is YES, stop chasing whatever you keep looking at because there is NO EASY BUTTON.
